‍Short breaks (minimum 3 nights):

‍£1562 to £2815 for 14 people
= £37 - £67 /person / night.

‍ 

‍One week: From £1647 to £3753 FOR 14 PEOPLE per week, depending on season.
= £17 - £38 / person / night.

‍Payment can be made by bank transfer.

‍Check-in: we will be ready for you any time after 4 pm on the day your booking starts.
You will be sent full access details a few days before your arrival date.

‍Check-out time on your departure day is by 10.00 am.

‍

‍A pre-payment deposit of 30% of the total price is required to secure your booking. Payments can be made by bank transfer. All bookings will be confirmed in writing on receipt of your deposit payment.  The balance payment is due 8 weeks before the start of your stay.  If booking less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date, you will be required to send the full cost of your stay.

‍Cancellation: you will be charged 30% of the total price if you cancel after the booking is confirmed, but before 8 weeks before your arrival date. If you cancel less than 8 weeks before your arrival date you will be charged the total price.

‍Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for pets.

‍Damage and breakages

‍Unfortunately, breakages and damage can happen from time to time. All breakages and damage must be paid for.
